CoCredo was named Company of the Year at the climax of the 2015 Buckinghamshire Business Awards, after picking up the Excellence in Customer Service award earlier in the evening. Dan Hancocks, Sales Director, spoke for the delighted team in the aftermath of their memorable double: “Winning Company of the Year in addition to Excellence in Customer Service was the cherry on the cake and topped off a great evening celebrating business success in Buckinghamshire. Our whole team should be very proud of their achievements.”

The Company of the Year Award was competed for by all of the category winners throughout the night and was presented by Philippa Batting, Managing Director of Buckinghamshire Business First, which sponsored the award. “CoCredo proved itself to be an outstanding company with a great team culture,” said Philippa. “The team showed real progression from last year and it’s great to see a Buckinghamshire business growing like this. The judges were unanimous in their decision.”

The Excellence in Customer Service award was sponsored by John Lewis and presented by its High Wycombe Managing Director Lisa Williams, who explained why CoCredo took home the honour. “CoCredo demonstrated a thorough understanding of the value of focusing on the relationship with the customer rather than the short term ‘transaction’.

“CoCredo has a real determination to focus on continuous improvement. It is relentless in its quest to understand how it can do better and how it can improve its long term relationships with all of its clients, and is willing to invest in providing a great customer experience. This youthful business has great energy and ambition and not a hint of complacency.”

Dan Hancocks said: “We pride ourselves on providing a personalised, trusted and unique service which distinguishes us from the competition. The team are delighted to have been recognised for this by the local business community.”

The other two finalists in the Excellence in Customer Service award were M Simmonds Decorating Contractors and Parrott & Coales LLP. Their high standards ensured a very difficult decision for the judges.
