London hosts the inaugural Franco-British Business Forum

The French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain is holding the very first Franco-British Business Forum (FBBF) in London on Friday 28 November, held in partnership with the British Chambers of Commerce and UK Trade & Investment (UKTI).

The event is a good chance for British businesses to meet potential new clients and to specifically open up new business relationships with French firms. The FBBF will focus on four key sectors - ICT, Energy, Creative Industries, and the Silver Economy (that is, solutions related to the ageing of the population).

The FBBF will also feature an ‘Expert Village’, where accountants, lawyers, banks, realtors, communications specialists and more will be on hand to answer questions and offer practical advice. Roundtable discussions will also take place between those in attendance.

Registration can be found on the Business Forum website and the deadline is Monday 3 November.

In partnership with Buckinghamshire Business First, UK Trade & Investment is running a half-day seminar – ‘Exporting for Growth’ - to help companies maximise their success in overseas markets. This is a free event held at Pinewood Studios on 14 November, hosted by journalist and broadcaster Declan Curry. See online for more information and to book.
