Prize Draw

As a thank you from us, any members who refer a new business during August will be entered into a prize draw to win a gourmet lunch for two at Stoke Park Country Club, Spa & Hotel.

Enjoy an exquisite Six Course Taster Lunch Menu in September for 2 people at Humphry’s 3 AA Award Winning restaurant. Set within Stoke Park’s stunning Palladian Mansion, lunch at Humphry’s will be the perfect opportunity to schmooze a new client or thank and motivate a deserving employee.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize consists of a Six Course Taster Menu in Humphry’s, Stoke Park’s 3 AA Award winning fine dining restaurant for 2 people. Drinks, including alcohol are not included.
2. The prize is for a meal for 2 people only. No travel or expenses are included.
3. The prize draw is open to Buckinghamshire Business First Members and excludes employees and contractors of the Buckinghamshire Business First Group and associated companies.   
4. Entries into the draw will be based on the numbers of referrals provided by each member.  For example if one member has been named as the source of four referrals, that member will be entered into the prize draw four times.  
5. To be entered into the prize draw please ask your business referral to choose ‘Friend/colleague’ in the Source Field on the Membership Application Form and add your name.  You will automatically be entered into the prize draw.  
6. The prize draw opens on Thursday 31st July 2014 and the last date for entries is 31st August 2014.   
7. By entering this prize draw you agree to having your name, details and photo included in the BFF newsletter.   
8. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator on Monday 1st September 2014 from all valid entries received. 
9. The prize must be used by Tuesday 30th September 2014. 
10. The prize will only be delivered to the address provided by the entrant following confirmation that they are the winner.
11. The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
12. BBF  reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of availability issues or other unforeseen circumstances, in respect of the prize as a whole.
13. Prize winner will be notified via email by BBF within 5 working days of the draw being made. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. If the prize is not claimed no alternative will be provided. 
14. The name of the prize winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope within one month after the draw to: Buckinghamshire Business First, The Saunderton Estate, Wycombe Road, Saunderton, HP14 4BF
15. We reserve the right to feature photographs and the name and county of the prize winner in future publications and publicity. 
16. The decision of BBF is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
17. Entry to the prize draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.

These terms and conditions take effect immediately on your entry to the free prize draw. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then you should not enter this prize draw.
