The Buckinghamshire Business Awards deliver glamour and excitement once again

On Tuesday 16 June the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre played host to the most prestigious award show in Buckinghamshire, where everybody had a whale of a time and a lucky few walked away with the prizes.

The awards have a major role to play within the county, showcasing as they do the entrepreneurial spirit and vision of our businesses, which in turn presents Buckinghamshire in the best possible light to the wider community.

Being shortlisted for a Business Award in the Entrepreneurial Heart of Britain is no mean feat. Finalists were whittled down by category sponsors against stringent criteria and underwent a rigorous judging process to make it through to the final three for each category.

Amid the electric atmosphere, over 250 guests were treated to a snapshot of the best businesses in Buckinghamshire, showcasing the truly diverse and entrepreneurial business community we are lucky to be part of.

Whether or not the finalists in the room walked away with a coveted ‘Swan Trophy’ there was no doubt that business was being done and the event was a great opportunity for local businesses to network.

Twelve category awards were handed out to the very best businesses in Buckinghamshire with the ‘Company of the Year’ award going to the ‘best of the best’ of the winners.
